Intro

Hello from The Glory Society! We’re a worker owned and operated cooperative that makes video games. We’re in search of a person to join our team as a full-time producer and eventual member of the co-op. Our current project in development is Revenant Hill, a narrative driven adventure game set in early 20th century America where you play as a cat trying to make ends meet. Check out the trailer here!

Overview

As a producer coming into a small creative team mid production, you'd be taking charge of and continuing to develop a production plan in collaboration with the team. You will become the sole producer of the team, with regular support from other disciplines and co-op members. While we have our roles and lanes at The Glory Society, we are an egalitarian workplace that involves all members in major decisions that impact the studio and project at large. The main task of the producer is to organize and facilitate the game development process while upholding the team’s goals of workplace transparency and clear communication.
